Common Questions
A dasha is a planetary period. Vedic astrology divides life into chapters, each carried by one planet. Tradition reads your current dasha as the theme of the chapter you are in.

DashaFlow uses authentic Vedic (Jyotish) astrology with the sidereal zodiac aligned to the actual star constellations. We use the Lahiri ayanamsa (the official Indian government standard) and Swiss Ephemeris for sub-arcsecond precision. Your sidereal sign placements reflect where the planets actually are relative to the stars.
Your daily reading is written by DashaFlow's AI each morning from real sky data: the Moon's nakshatra today, the current transits, and your dasha. No human astrologer writes it. It describes patterns and themes, never outcomes. For educational purposes only.
DashaFlow computes your chart with the Swiss Ephemeris, built on NASA JPL ephemeris data. All content is for entertainment and educational purposes only.
