1. What We Collect

• Account data: Email address, name, and hashed password
• Birth data: Date, time, and location of birth (used solely for chart calculations)
• Usage data: Saved charts, API usage logs
• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How AI Is Used

DashaFlow’s AI readings are powered by Claude (Anthropic API). When you request an AI interpretation:

• Your birth chart data is sent to Anthropic for analysis and processed transiently
• Anthropic does not store your data or use it for model training
• AI interpretations are generated for entertainment and educational purposes only
• No personally identifiable information beyond chart data is sent to AI providers

3. What We Don’t Collect

DashaFlow is designed with privacy as a default:

• No tracking pixels — we do not use analytics, fingerprinting, or behavioral tracking
• No data sales — we never sell your personal information to third parties
• No location tracking — we only use the birth location you voluntarily provide for chart calculations

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That’s it.

• No advertising cookies
• No third-party tracking cookies
• No cookie consent banner needed — because we only use a strictly necessary session cookie

5. Third Parties

We share data with the following services only as necessary to provide DashaFlow:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all credit card data under their own privacy policy.
• Anthropic — AI analysis via Claude. Chart data is processed transiently and not retained by Anthropic.

No other third parties receive your data.

6. Data Retention

• Your data is kept for as long as your account is active
• Account deletion removes all personal data, birth charts, saved readings, and chat history
• Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
• Server logs containing anonymized request data are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — Opt out of non-essential data processing at any time

8. Children’s Privacy

DashaFlow is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of DashaFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
