Refund Policy

• Cancel 24+ hours before session: Full refund
• Cancel 12–24 hours before session: 50% refund
• Cancel less than 12 hours before session: No refund
• No-show by client: No refund
• No-show by astrologer: Full refund + 10% credit
• Session completed: No refund (service was delivered)

You may cancel your DashaFlow subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation:

• Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
• Your saved charts and data remain accessible on the Free tier.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us via our contact form before filing a payment dispute. We will work to resolve your concern promptly.
